It was very sad to see that the usual victims of council social services cuts are in the frame again. Slough council halved foster carer's allowances for teenagers to £200 per week.

This is a clip from one of the films I made with Annie Morris (a professional film maker and photographer) for The Clarion Fostering Agency (part of the Fostering Solutions Group who own the copyright). The clip shows some young women talking about their experiences. The film was part of a series of three focussing on young people and foster carers talking about their experiences.
